We make the ones other factories turn down.

Capacity
The floor behind the fifty pieces.
A fifty-piece run is not what this house is built for. It is what we are willing to take, because the brands worth making for rarely start big.
Behind that first run is a floor that turns out sixty-five thousand garments a month. It is the reason your season does not need to move somewhere else when it grows — and the reason a small first order is a decision we make, not a shortage we are covering for.
Quality, five times
Fabric on inward, cutting, in-line stitching, end-of-line, and a final check before packing. Every stage is signed off, and you see the report.

Selected Work
Some of the ones we said yes to.
Hand embroidery, tailoring, drape and print — cut, sewn and finished in our own house in Gurugram.
We do not name clients or show their work without written permission. Patterns and tech packs belong to the brand that commissioned them, not to us.
Open Costing
You see every line, including ours.
Most factories quote you one number. You never learn what the fabric cost, what the embroidery cost, or what the factory kept — so when a price moves you cannot tell whether it was the mill or the margin.
We break every style across nine heads. You get the sheet before we start, filled in with your fabric, your trims, your construction, and set-up costs amortised over your run.
Our margin is one line on the sheet. It is agreed before we begin, and it does not move mid-season.
- Surfacing Base fabric, plus print, embroidery or beading
- Cutting Consumption, pattern matching, panel cutting
- Stitching Collars, plackets, cuffs, seams, bartacks, finish
- Trims Buttons, zips, interlining, thread, neck hardware
- Branding Main and fit labels, neck tape, logo work
- Finishing Wash, press, thread-trim, tagging, QC, packing
- Set-up and testing Screen, embroidery program, dies, lab tests
- Overheads Studio operating cost, carried per piece
- Margin One line. Agreed before we start.
Quoted per piece, ex-works, at your quantity, colourways and size set. Rates fall as the range grows. Send us a tech pack and the sheet comes back filled in.
Pattern Ownership
If you leave, you leave with your patterns.
The most common way a factory holds on to a brand is to hold on to its patterns. Ask around — founders are warned about it before they are warned about anything else.
We put the opposite in writing, in every agreement we sign.
- Transfers on payment The graded pattern set, the tech pack and every fit correction become yours on full payment of the pattern fee.
- No rights retained We keep no claim on your blocks, prints or trims, and we do not reuse them for anyone else.
- Half credited back Produce bulk with us and fifty percent of the pattern fee is credited against that order.
We would rather you stayed because the work is good.
Why NOMH
Not just a factory. Your production partner.
Here's what brands consistently tell us sets us apart.
01
Bring us a garment, not a drawing
Two ways in. Full development from your sketch or mood board, or reverse engineering: send us a garment whose fit you already trust and we rebuild the pattern from it. Most factories will not do the second.
02
Fifty pieces or five thousand
The same room, the same hands, the same fit — from your first sampling run to a full season. Most brands change factory two or three times while scaling. You will not have to.
03
Any fabric, any finish
Hemp to performance poly. Block print to computer embroidery. We source or develop the right material for your product.
04
Everything in-house
Design, sampling, embroidery, dyeing, printing, packaging — all under one roof. No middlemen means fewer errors and better prices.
05
Global, but personal
We've shipped to 15+ countries, but every client gets a single dedicated point of contact. You'll never feel like just another order.
06
Beyond the garment
Photography, graphic design, Shopify setup, packaging, labels. We're your launch partner, not just your factory.

FAQ
Common questions.
Just an idea. Many of our clients come to us with nothing more than a Pinterest board or a rough sketch. We'll help you develop the concept, choose fabrics, build tech packs, and create samples. If you already have tech packs and fabric specs, even better — we can move straight to sampling.
You do. They transfer to you on full payment of the pattern fee. We retain no rights, we do not reuse your blocks, prints or trims for anyone else, and we will not show your garments or name you publicly without your written permission.
Produce bulk with us and fifty per cent of the pattern fee is credited back against that order.
Fifty pieces per style per colour is where we start, and we go to five thousand and beyond in the same house. Smaller runs are possible at adjusted per-piece rates — just ask.
Per-piece rates fall meaningfully as the run grows, and we are happy to quote two quantities side by side so you can decide.
We work with a wide range of fabrics — from natural fibres like cotton, linen, and hemp to performance fabrics like polyester and nylon blends. We can source materials or develop custom fabrics on request.
Sampling typically takes 18–24 days from the time we finalise your tech pack and fabric sourcing. Complex designs or custom fabric development may require additional time.
Production runs usually take 45–60 days depending on the order volume, number of styles, and complexity of embellishments or prints involved.
We offer screen printing, digital printing, sublimation printing, block printing, computer embroidery, hand embroidery, and treadle embroidery. We also develop custom blocks for block printing projects.
Yes. We've shipped to 15+ countries across North America, Europe, Australia, and beyond. We handle all export documentation and can coordinate with your preferred freight partner or ours.
Our ethical audit is in progress and due for completion this year — labour standards, health and safety, environment and business ethics. We will send you the report the moment it is issued.
In the meantime we can send our full capability and compliance document, walk your team through our practice, or host you on the floor, announced or unannounced. Tell us what your compliance team needs to see and we will put it together.
Let's make something worth wearing.
Whether you have detailed tech packs or just the beginning of an idea — we'd love to hear from you.
